fastbreakfix is a small editorial project, and the quickest way to reach it is by email.
We read everything that arrives and reply to most of it, usually within a few working days. Messages in English are easiest for us to handle well.
What to write about
- Corrections. If something on a hotel page is wrong or has gone out of date, tell us which page and what changed. This is the most useful mail we get.
- Suggestions. A hotel that belongs on one of the four branches and is not here yet.
- Permissions and credits. Questions about text or imagery on the site.
- General editorial questions. How we choose entries, how the categories are defined.
What we cannot help with
We are not a booking service, a travel agency or a representative of any hotel listed here. We cannot make, change or cancel a reservation, confirm availability, quote a rate, arrange a transfer or pass a message to a property's front desk. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the hotel directly.
We also do not accept paid placements, sponsored entries or link insertions, so mail of that kind will not get a reply.
